In his most recent role at Avanade Dan was both the Disrupt HR TA AI Lead and Global Inclusion & Diversity Talent Acquisition Lead. Since 2023 he has worked alongside Avanade's Disrupt AI Lab where he collaborated with Microsoft and Accenture to develop client zero AI use cases across HR and Talent Acquisition. He also partners with the Modern Workplace Advisory team at Avanade where he acts as a functional HR/TA expert, advising clients how on best to utilize and build out AI capabilities.
